Replied to the ticket creation acknowledgement email requesting a call back but didn’t get one. Opened another ticket and went through all steps again only to get disconnedted while being transferred again.
Tried a third time with the exact same results. Now I’m being informed that I’ve reached my daily limit of support calls.
