Not sure why the original author excluded Enterprise, must have been a valid reason for it though. If you are having trouble with the patcher where it says it cannot access file termsrv. Once you Un-install this you will be able to use this patcher. I was finally able to update all the security patches and use this patcher. It works with the March security updates. It seems even smart enough to restart RDP service because no reboot required! However for me it is back to normal. Just did a bunch of win 7 updates and it killed my RDP.
