In reply to KateRatcliffe’s post on May 19, Hello Kate, Safe mode was to check if Outlook window flashes while opening the data file. Check if you’re able to find the missing emails in other data files. I would suggest you to open all the archived data files and check if you’re able to find the missing emails.
