It did not. The only seqence that worked on either of my machines was to use the Media Creation Tool and download and run it in place as an upgrade. Again, creation of installation media did not work. Upgrading was no easy task on my tablet; it had so little space in storage. I deleted all my data and uninstalled everything I could. Maybe there will be a way to use the memory card slot in the future.
